Thank you for your purchase of one of the Carbe Diem pasta products. We’re sorry you were not happy with your product. Please find details below on how to receive a refund for your purchase, up to $4.79. USD (excluding tax) for a single box of Carbe Diem pasta, $14.99 for a 3-pack, or $38.97 for the Chef’s Kiss Sampler Pack, via the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is not possible, you will be mailed a check in the refund amount.
To be eligible for a refund, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the 50 United States or Washington D.C. and the original purchaser of any participating Carbe Diem product. Requests for a refund must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date reflected on the original receipt. LIMIT ONE (1) REFUND PER PERSON, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, OR HOUSEHOLD.
To receive a refund of your purchase price (up to $4.79 for a single box of Carbe Diem pasta, $14.99 for a 3-pack, or $38.97 for the Chef’s Kiss Sampler Pack), you must email hello@carbediem.com with your original receipt, including the order number and qualifying product.

Your refund submission will not be accepted without a clear image of your receipt. If your receipt is not valid or cannot be read, you will be contacted by email so you can correct the issue and resubmit for your refund.
You will receive your refund via the original method of payment in the amount of the purchase price (after any coupons) reflected on the receipt (up to $4.79 for a single box, $14.99 for a 3-pack, or $38.97 for the Chef’s Kiss Sampler Pack), tax not included. If we are unable to refund you the amount via the original method of payment a check will be mailed to you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for receipt of refund.
Product must be consumed before expiration and according to the directions found on pack. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of any offer requirement (including, without limitation via online auction sites) is prohibited. This offer may not be published in any magazine, website or elsewhere without permission of General Mills, Inc. This offer is void where taxed regulated or prohibited. Requests which are duplicates from outside the stated area or from groups or organizations or otherwise non-confirming will not be honored, returned or acknowledged. Fraudulent requests could result in prosecution under federal fraud statutes. Not combinable with other offers.
