How it works

If for any reason Carbe Diem doesn’t hit the mark for you, here’s how to claim your refund:

  • Save your receipt from your purchase.

  • Email hello@carbediemfoods.com with your original receipt, including the order number and qualifying product.

  • Get your money back — simple as that. 

What's covered

Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment. If that’s not possible, we’ll send you a check. We’ll refund up to:

  • $5.66 for a single box

  • $16.99 for a 3-pack

To be eligible:

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, D.C.

  • Requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase.

  • Limit one refund per person, household, or email address.

Additional Terms

  • Your refund request must include a clear image of your receipt (if it’s unreadable, we’ll ask you to resubmit).

  • Refunds will be processed for the amount paid (after coupons, tax not included) within 3 weeks.

  • Product must be consumed before expiration and according to package directions.

  • Offer is not combinable with other promotions, void where prohibited, and applies only to original purchasers.

Fraudulent requests may result in legal action under federal fraud.
