About Our Pasta

How is Carbe Diem different from traditional pasta?

Carbe Diem is a 100% wheat-based pasta, which is why our taste and texture are so spot on.

Here’s the difference: When our wheat is milled, we separate it into its individual parts. This allows us to add back more protein in the form of vital wheat gluten and more fiber with modified wheat starch, reducing both the net carbs and calories.

How much is one serving size of Carbe Diem pasta?

One serving size is 56 grams, or 2 ounces of dry pasta (before it's cooked).

How much protein is in one serving of Carbe Diem pasta?

Carbe Diem pasta has 8 grams of protein per serving.

What are the ingredients in Carbe Diem pastas?

Carbe Diem pasta contains modified wheat starch, semolina wheat, and vital wheat gluten.

What is modified wheat starch?

Modified wheat starch, also known as resistant wheat starch, is recognized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as dietary fiber

Is your pasta gluten-free?

No, our products are 100% wheat-based, just like traditional pasta, which means they do contain gluten.

Does your pasta contain dairy?

No, our pasta does not contain any dairy.

Does Carbe Diem pasta cook to a nice al dente?

Yes! It cooks and eats just like regular pasta. We made it so it doesn’t break apart in the pot like many other alternative pastas.

Low Net Carb Information

What are "net carbs?"

Net carbs are the total amount of carbohydrates in a food or beverage minus the fiber and sugar alcohols. In other words, net carbs constitute the number of carbohydrates your body will absorb. This information is helpful in understanding the number of carbohydrates and calories your body will metabolize.

Is Carbe Diem keto-friendly?

Many people following various low-carbohydrate diets, including keto-friendly diets or dirty keto diets, have found that our low net carb pasta works well for them.

Can I include more than one Build Your Own Bundle in my order?

Only one BYOB can be created per order. But don’t worry—you can still add any of our standard 3-packs (of the same shape) to your cart, too.

What sizes can I choose from?

You can build a 6-pack, 9-pack, or 12-pack bundle—whatever fits your cravings (or your pantry).

Can I mix and match different pasta shapes?

Absolutely. That's the best part! Combine all your favorites or try something new—it's completely up to you.

Can I Subscribe & Save to my Build Your Own Bundle?

Yes! You can subscribe to your custom bundle and enjoy 10% off every order. Choose delivery every 1, 2, or 3 months so your favorite shapes are always stocked.

Can I build a BYOB and also buy single or 3-packs in the same order?

Yes! You can add any standard 3-packs (same-shape bundles) along with your custom BYOB in the same cart.

Do BYOB bundles qualify for free shipping?

Like all orders, free shipping applies once your total (after discounts) is $49 or more.

Can I use a coupon with my BYOB order?

Choose your favorite shapes and pack size (6, 9, or 12-pack), set your delivery schedule for every 1, 2, or 3 months, and you’re all set. Your subscription will automatically renew on your chosen cadence — no reminders needed.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You're in control. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your next order processes. The link to manage your subscription can be found in the emails for your subscription order or in the footer of the site. Click here to manage your subscriptions.

What kind of savings do I get?

You'll save 10% on every subscription order. If you use a promo code or coupon when you first sign up, that discount applies to your first order only. Every shipment after that will automatically include your 10% Subscribe & Save discount.

Can I use Subscribe & Save with Build Your Own Bundle?

What if I want to switch up my shapes?

You aren't able to edit your bundle. To change your shapes, adjust your pack size, or try something new, you will need to cancel your subscription and start a new one.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged on the day each order renews. We’ll send you a reminder email a few days before so you have time to make any updates before it ships.

Do I need to reorder each time?

Nope. That’s the beauty of Subscribe & Save. Once you set it up, it’s “set it and forget it.” Your pasta arrives like clockwork — so you can focus on the fun part: cooking, serving, and enjoying.
